D16 Lounge on Boylston Street in Back Bay.

BOSTON, MA – On Monday, February 10th one of Boston’s finest celebrity chefs- ‘The World Famous D’Burger’ -will be hosting the latest in his series of ‘Network. Taste. Connect’ cocktail mixers at the brand new D16 Lounge on Boylston Street.

The event, which will take place from 6:30-9:30pm, features an educational panel discussion with four of Boston’s top game changers in their respective fields along with -of course- a special ‘chef’s selection’ of D’Burger hors d’oervres. The suggested dress code is business casual/cocktail attire.

“This is a celebration as much as it is an event,” Richard ‘D’Burger’ Pierre said. “We’re celebrating black excellence; the incredible diversity and talents of everyone attending; the opening of this stunning new lounge here in Back Bay; and it’s a continued celebration of the powerful edition of BostonMan Magazine with Nia Grace and John Violinist on the covers.”

And what better way is there to do that than with food?

“Good food is the universal language we all speak,” co-host Tanisha Cooper said smiling. “For those that haven’t tasted D’Burger’s sliders yet, be ready for a real treat!”

Moderated by Remy in the City, the panel discussion will showcase Dana ‘Daneja’ Bradley (President of Revohloo); Daniel ‘DL’ Laurent (CEO & Founder of Black Dollar); Dr. Ayana Bean (Executive Director of Year & A Day Foundation); and Kierrah Leger (Senior Director of Nursing Patient Care Operations at Boston’s Children’s Hospital.)

In addition, as part of the city’s  2025/250-year anniversary of the events that started the American Revolution, BostonMan publisher Matt Ribaudo will be delivering a speech honoring key contributions from some of the revolutionary black patriots -namely Crispus Attucks and Salem Poor- highlighting the crucial roles they played in igniting the birth of the United States of America.

“It’s going to be an incredible evening,” D’Burger noted. “Please come out and join us!”

Tickets for ‘Network. Taste. Connect at D16 Lounge on Monday February 10th (6:30-9:30pm) may be purchased HERE for only $25.
