ON Wednesday November 8th, following St. Jude New England’s annual “Appreciation Night” at Craft Food Halls in Waltham, BostonMan Magazine publisher Matt Ribaudo revealed the 2nd of the five covers gracing the 5-year ANNIVERSARY EDITION of the publication.
“The Strength of St. Jude New England” is -simply put- the spirit of Boston’s Runway Ball. This story, written by Kellie Speed with cover designed by Jill Donahue of JD Consulting, promises to melt your heart.
Ribaudo privately showed the new cover to Siobhan Dunn, senior advisor with ALSAC -the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®– and others within the St. Jude New England family.
“Simply amazing,” Siobhan said in response to seeing the cover. “I love it.”
Overall, it was a beautiful evening at Craft Food Halls, highlighted by many touching moments where St. Jude New England recognized many of the volunteers that have dedicated themselves to the St. Jude mission in 2023.
In July, Ribaudo named St. Jude New England the beneficiary of Boston’s Runway Ball, in no small part, because of the warmth and generosity of those honored during “Appreciation Night.”
“This is a community that cares,” Ribaudo said of choosing St. Jude New England. “Everyone in this room tonight, even those I am meeting for the first time, I consider family.”
‘The Strength of St. Jude’ -as well as the other four covers on the five year anniversary of BostonMan Magazine will be released at The Runway Ball on Sunday, December 3rd from 6pm-10pm at Boston Park Plaza.
